Sara L. Cortes, Esq.

Sara L. Cortes is an Associate Attorney at Quesada Valdes, PLLC, where she handles (i) commercial and residential real estate matters such as closings, purchase and sales, title insurance, loan documents, landlord/tenant disputes; (ii) transactional matters such as drafting and reviewing contracts, operating agreements, and joint venture agreements; and (iii) commercial and  real estate related litigation, including preparing and reviewing discovery. During law school, Sara interned at the Real Estate and Compliance Division of the City of Miami City Attorney’s Office and volunteered 100 hours of community service and pro bono.

 

Sara graduated from Florida International University as cum laude with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and minor in English. She attended St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law with a focus in real estate law, where she graduated in the Spring of 2023.
