My Story
Frank, who has been practicing for more than 50 years, is one of a select handful of real estate lawyers who have participated in thousands of real property closings. He has significant experience in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate matters, banking, general transactional agreements, estate planning and probate proceedings. Has represented various financial institutions, such as Eastern National Bank, Ocean Bank, Colonial Bank, Mercantile Bank, Commerce Bank, 1st Bank Florida, Florida National Bank, Pointe Bank, Premier Bank and Terrabank, as well as private investors, in commercial financing of real estate, including but not limited to term loans, constructions loans, mezzanine loans and asset based loans.
Frank routinely assists national and international clients including developers, banks, real estate funds, hotel groups, high net worth individuals and families, retailers and industrial companies in the acquisition, divestiture, development and financing of office buildings, hotels, residential apartment complexes and shopping centers; joint ventures and partnership matters; real estate leasing transactions, restructuring and workout of problem loans, condominium development and conversions; and complex development and construction projects.
Having been a sole practitioner for many years, Frank has also handled hundreds of business and corporate transactions, represented airline companies, car dealerships and all types of commercial ventures.

Notable cases:

Represented Mexican investment fund in the acquisition and development of commercial properties in Florida and Texas with a value of over $100,000,000.00.

Successfully represented heirs in a “Will contest” case culminating in one of longest trials in Miami-Dade County Probate Court.

Represented homeowners in a federal court trial obtaining a judgment against the Federal Emergency Management Agency (F.E.M.A.) causing the U.S. government agency to amend its definition of “flood insurance” for the benefit of all flood policy holders.
